Here is a list of Species that are allowed within Phoenix Fleet. If you don't see the one you want and it is not on the Banned Species list, go to the "Request Species" thread and state which one you want.
If you want to create your own, I encourage it but please state what it is and a simple history of said species in the "Request Species" thread.
If you want to be a Hybrid, there is no problem with that as long as your a hybrid between one of the accepted species.
